Cashculator Terms of Use

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cashculator (“Application”).
​By using the Application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. You may not use the Application if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated below.

Subscription Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation

​Your subscription is managed and governed by the Apple App Store terms, which you can review here. Apparent Software cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID. For refunds please contact Apple customer service.
​If you choose to purchase a subscription, payment will be charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID after the free trial period (provided there is one) and 24 hours prior to the end of each period. When you subscribe within the free trial period, any unused trial duration will be forfeited. Auto-renewal may be turned off any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase.

Modifications to These Items

​Apparent Software reserves the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion. We may notify you if there are significant changes to the Terms of Use using the email (for customers subscribed to the newsletter) or possibly within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such notification of changes to the Terms will constitute your agreement to and acceptance of such changes. You may stop using the Application under the new version of these Terms if you object to the changes.

Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability

​THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. YOU USE THE APPLICATION AT YOUR OWN RISK. APPARENT SOFTWARE, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND PARTNERS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (a) THE APPLICATION, ITS QUALITY OR RESULTS, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS (b) WILL WORK SECURELY OR ERROR-FREE.
​YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE US, AND OUR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY CONNECTED WITH YOUR ACTIVITIES, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE THE RELEASED PARTIES FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ACTIVITIES.
